9/10
Yo, this place was solid. The room I had was spacious and decked out nicely. The spa? Total lifesaver after a day of walking around. Staff were super chill, always around to help. Just wish the breakfast had a bit more variety. Could’ve gone for some fruit slices instead of the usual heavy stuff.

The Olympic-sized swimming pool was a refreshing highlight, perfect for morning swims before heading out to explore Lviv.
However, I was disappointed to find out that the spa services weren't available at the times I wanted. it limited my ability to enjoy the full relaxation experience.

The Olympic-sized pool was amazing, but my ceiling windows let in too much light.

It’s not all bad, but it’s not all good
Delighted with the location, friendly staff, and excellent spa facilities! my stay was enriched by comfortable accommodations and the delightful pool area, making relaxation easy after a long day.
Yet, I struggled with the lingering sewage smell in the bathroom and the breakfast timing was inconvenient, starting too late for my plans. These issues added frustration to my experience.

great location but inconsistent room experience
The location was perfect for exploring the city, making it easy to access everything on foot. The spa facilities were a true highlight, especially the relaxation rooms that provided a serene escape after a long day. I was particularly pleased with how attentive the staff were, always ready to assist with genuine smiles. Plus, the city view from my room was a beautiful sight to wake up to each morning!

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore. The spa facilities, especially the pool and saunas, were a highlight, providing a relaxing escape after a day of sightseeing. However, the non-smoking room had an unpleasant tobacco odor that lingered throughout the stay, and breakfast options could benefit from less salty choices. Despite these minor issues, the friendly staff and great service made the experience enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay with our child, especially the access to the Eurosport fitness club. The staff really went out of their way to make everything smooth, and the breakfast was surprisingly good—lots of tasty, freshly made dishes to choose from.
My wife says that a playground or kids' activities would be great for families.
